Childbirth Education
I run group classes or hold one-to-one sessions. Childbirth education is a huge subject. Both the group and one-to-one courses can be tailored to incorporate any specific areas.
The very nature of the subject demands that the length and topics covered can and will be varied to suit, around a standard format. I also like to hold a discussion at the beginning of the course to establish the expectations of those attending.
Considering the success of ante natal classes in securing lifelong friendships for both the parents and their babies, my only set rule is to limit each course to a maximum of 8 couples.
